The Wallace Collection joined the Cory Band on 26th May 2018 at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (RWCMD) to present the Welsh premiere of As Above, So Below by Scottish composer Jay Capperauld.
The piece was commissioned by The Wallace Collection, with support from the PRS Foundation‘s Beyond Borders scheme, and received its world premiere at the Cumnock Tryst in 2017 with the Dalmellington Band conducted by Martyn Brabbins.
The Dora Stoutzker Hall of the RWCMD hosted the Welsh premiere of this exciting work for brass band and brass quintet.
